About Us

Asrin Property Developers is a dynamic company committed to excellence in the Property Development and related Industry. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our team and support day-to-day accounting and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities, include amongst other:

  • Process accounts payable and receivables and reconcile all on a monthly basis
  • Reconcile bank statements and process payments
  • Data entry
  • Maintain and update financial records using accounting software (Sage Pastel)
  • Assist with the monthly payroll where necessary
  • Prepare reports which will include management accounts, inter alia, for management as required
  • Assist with month-end and year-end financial processes
  • Respond to queries from clients, suppliers, subcontractors, professionals and internal departments
  • Support general office administration tasks when necessary
  • Experience in Construction industry advantageous

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar accounts or administrative role
  • Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel) and an accounting software programme preferably Sage Pastel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • A relevant qualification in finance, accounting, or business administration is desirable
